  • How Do I Return Something?
    First you must meet the return policy listed below, the you must ship back the items that you don't want. You will have to pay for return shipments to eBandStore.com. Once we have received your returned merchandise we will issue you a store credit (No Shipping Refunds will be available) or we can exchange your item for a different item (Additional shipping charges may apply).

    Return Policy
    - All returns must be made within 30 days from your original ship date. (Orders placed between Thanksgiving and Christmas can be returned up until January 15th)
    - If an item is damaged or defective when you receive it, we will replace the item for a new product.
    - CDs and DVDs can be returned only if they have been unopened. You will in exchange receive store credit (Minus Shipping)
    - Shirts and Sweatshirts must be returned unwashed and unworn in a resellable condition. You will receive store credit for a new size (Minus Shipping)
    - The following items may not be returned to eBandStore.com: Vinyl Records, Pencils, Stickers, Posters, Buttons, Sunglasses, and Patches.

  • What is Your Return Policy?

  • What if I received the wrong order?
    Reply to us from your order confirmation email and we will arrange for postage for you to send us back the wrong merchandise. We will re-send the correct items to you at no additional costs.

  • How much is shipping for dometic or international?
    We ship most items via USPS or UPS. Our store communicates with USPS and UPS to get actual shipping quotes based on the shipping weight of your package and to where the final destination is. Please note that for oversized items, the actual product weight may be different than the "shipping weight" used by the carriers to calculate their rates. All shipping prices are displayed before you enter any payment information.

  • How long does it take for my item to ship?
    Every in stock item typically ships the same day that your order is received. If you order your item over the weekend your product will ship on the next available business day that shipping is allowed. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your purchase request or the item is on backorder, we will have a customer service representative contact you with your available options.

    Your ship date is not started from the time you place your order, but from the time your order enters the mail service.

    Average Shipping Estimates:
    Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days
    Priority Mail: 2-4 Business Days
    First Class Mail: 4-10 Business Days
    Parcel Post: 5-12 Business Days

  • When will I know if my order has shipped?
    Please make sure that you have provided us with a correct email address. We will send you a shipping notice including a tracking number (Only for domestic orders) once your order has shipped.

    If you login to your account you can now view your tracking information when you view your account history.

  • What type of payments do you accept?
    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. All orders must be placed online.

  • Can I email my credit card information to you?
    No. Please do not send us your credit card information in a email. Our site is encrypted with 128 bit SSL and we prefer that all customers use our website for credit card purchases.

  • How do I pay with a credit card?
    During the checkout process you will be asked to select a payment option. From the payment selection page select credit card. You will then be asked to provide your shipping and billing information, name that appears on the card, expiration date, and CVV. Your billing and shipping address must match the information that your bank has on file. If this does not match your order will be placed on hold, and we will contact the card holder to verify the purchase. If your billing address can not be verified we may cancel your order.

  • Can I use my parents, friends, or company credit card?
    If you decide to use someone elses card we require that you have permission and that you provide us with the card holders email address and phone number. Before your order is processed we will verify the purchase with the credit card holder. If we determine that the credit card is unathorized we will cancel your order.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card online?
    Yes. eBandStore.com uses SSL (secure socket layer) encryption for card processing. All information you provide us is encrypted and secure.

  • Credit Card Fraud Statement
    We take credit card fraud prevention very seriuosly, and if we suspect that an order is fraudulent we will take the time to investigate a suspicious order. We also must call to verify that the entered information matches the information provided by the card issuer at which time a verification will take place. Before an order is processed we verify that the Billing Address and Shipping Address match the credit card issuing bank.

    If the information does not match, or the card turns out to be lost or stolen we will report you to the credit card fraud agency and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We also report any information that you have provided to us during the checkout process, IP address, and current time of order placement.

    We take credit card fraud very seriously for two reasons: 1) To protect our customers 2) To keep our prices low from stolen merchandise

  • How do I pay with check, cash or money order?
    eBandStore.com no longer accepts Checks or Money Orders for Band Merchandise.

  • Do you accept orders from outside the United States?
    Yes we do! Due to a high level of credit card fraud we no longer accept credit card payments from the following countries:

    Argentina, Bermuda, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Corsica, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Estonia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Grenada, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Martinique, Mauritius, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, St Lucia, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela.

    If you are from one of the countries on our list and use a credit card to purchase your order we will contact you to verify all credit card information.

  • Will you mark the customs form as a "Gift" or "Commercial Sample"?
    We will have to mark the customs form as merchandise. There are no exceptions to this.

  • Will I have to pay duty fees on my purchase?
    In some cases countries charge an import tax on items if the monetary value is over a certain amount. If you are not sure if you will be charged an import tax it is best to contact your local customs. eBandStore can not pre-pay these taxes since it is out of our control.

  • If I preordered an item when will it ship?
    A preorder item will typically ship the Friday before the release date. In the event that the record label supplies us the CD on the actual release date, we may ship the preorder item on the actual release date. If you have purchased a preorder item and a regular item your whole order will ship once all merchandise becomes available. It is best to place two seperate orders if you would like the available merchandise to ship right away.

  • I don't see what I am looking for on your site, can you find it for me?
    We are constantly adding products to our site. In the event that the product you are looking for can't be found send us an email. Be sure to include as much information about the product as possible.

    Looking for a rare import?
    In many cases we can find it for you. Be sure to send us an email with what you are looking for and we will help you find it.

  • How should I know what size product to order?
    General Sizing Information There are many different shirts that we carry (such as American Apparal, Hanes, etc) The following chart is an average of available sizes.

  • Why wont a product add to my shopping cart?
    If a shirt that you have selected has no sizing options or displays no sizes at all we are currently back ordered on that item.

    If you are trying to add a CD/DVD to your cart and when you do it displays "cart is empty", we are temporarily sold out of that item.

  • When will an item come back in-stock?
    We try to restock all items within one to two weeks of an item selling out.

    If you know what size shirt you would like please email us and we will hold one for you.

  • What are the Holiday Shipping Deadlines?
    The Following deadlines are for shipping items within the US. Your Order must be placed 1-2 Business Days Prior to the Shipping Deadlines to have your item Delivered By December 25th. First Class Mail - December 20th
    Priority Mail - December 21st
    Parcel Post - December 15th
    Express Mail - December 22nd

    eBandStore.com will be closed from December 24th until December 27th and will ship orders on December 28th. All orders placed over that weekend will ship on December 28th.

    We will also close on December 31st - January 3rd for inventory.

  • I gave you the wrong mailing address now what?
    If you supplied us with an incorrect mailiang address you will be notified once the package arrives back at our warehouse. You will be required to pay for return shipping.
