Shipping

We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Our store communicates with USPS and UPS to get actual shipping quotes based on the shipping weight of your package. Please note that for oversized items, the actual product weight may be different than the "shipping weight" used by the carriers to calculate their rates. Most in-stock items are shipped within one business day of receiving the order.

How are on line orders processed?

Once your credit card (Discover, Visa, Master Card, or Discover) or PayPal Account is approved, you will receive an immediate confirmation via e-mail that your order has been received.

We take credit card fraud prevention very seriuosly, and if we suspect that an order is fraudulent we will take the time to investigate a suspicious order. We also must call to verify that the entered information matches the information provided by the card issuer at which time a verification will take place.

What if I do not receive and e-mail notification?

In some cases, e-mail services are slow or spam blockers will prevent the delivery of our receipt. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 hours - dont be alarmed. Please check your junk mail file or simply go to our order tracking system on line to get the status of your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, if your order has not already been processed, simply email us at orders@ebandstore.com and we can assist you with any changes. However, note that most products are processed within an hour or two and we may not be able to process your change.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed on line, please call us immediately. In some cases, your order may have already been scheduled for delivery - or may be in transit to the recipient. If your order is already shipped or scheduled for delivery we can re-direct your package for a $10.00 service fee but we will be unable to cancel your order once this process has occurred.

Secure ordering

It is safe to order on line using your credit card. eBandStore.com uses SSL (secure socket layer) encryption for card processing. We do not resell your information or pass your information on to any third parties. If you opt in to have newsletters, special promotions or use our reminder service - you will at times receive special promotional notifications at your e-mail address.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept Paypal, and checks within the US that clears at the bank(shipping is held until check clears).

Return Policy

If you have purchased a CD on eBandStore.com and the product is unopened we will issue a refund. If the shirt, hoodie was the incorrect size, the product must be clean, unwashed and will only be exchanged for a product of the correct size. Stickers and Buttons will not be returnable. All returns must be returned 15 days from the time the product has arrived at your destination, and returned to eBandStore.com.
